Empowering Lebanese Tech Professionals Across North America April 2024 |

LebNet's flagship programs are thriving, leaving a lasting impact across our core pillars: Network, Nurture, and Give Back.
In the Women in Tech SMART Mentorship program, LebNet has expertly paired 25 seasoned professionals with women mentees, carefully aligning industry expertise and career aspirations to provide optimal guidance. Running from January to June, this program includes specialized workshops and networking mixers.
The Fellowship program has empowered 125 fellows from various Lebanese universities, equipping them with essential skills for a successful post-graduation career. Additionally, from January through June, a dedicated team of young Lebanese professionals has been conducting educational sessions every other Saturday to benefit our Lebanese students.
Through the Internship initiative, LebNet opens doors to invaluable opportunities in North America for Lebanese-descent students. Since its inception in 2018, the program has secured 100 internship positions, with 50 interns transitioning to successful hires.
Moreover, LebNet's Soft Landing initiative provides personalized assistance to Lebanese students embarking on their academic graduate journey in North America, ensuring a seamless transition. Applications are currently being accepted.
Together, these initiatives underscore LebNet's unwavering commitment to nurturing talent, empowering youth, and fostering connections among Lebanese professionals. |
