LebNet Women in Tech: Empowered Women and Stronger Communities!
At LebNet, we believe empowered women create ripple effects that uplift entire communities. This year’s theme, Empowered Women Empower Other Women, highlights the power of mentorship, collaboration, and shared success.
"Empowered women build bridges for the next generation" says Jeanine Akiki, LebNet’s Executive Director. Through innovation, leadership, and support networks, women shape the future of tech and beyond.
As Maria Salame Karam, LebNet’s Communication Director, puts it: "Women’s true strength lies in uplifting one another. With mentorship and empowerment, we don’t just rise, we redefine success together."
This culture of support runs deep, as Ghida Tabesh, LebNet’s Communication Specialist, shares: "I’m grateful to work in a women-led team where unity, not rivalry, drives success."
A testament to this impact is the LebNet Tech Fellows Program, which provides young female and male engineering students in Lebanon with the mentorship, training, and industry exposure needed to launch successful careers in tech. The women featured in our visual are part of this program, rising talents who, with the right support, will become tomorrow’s leaders and changemakers.
LebNet is committed to fostering spaces where women in tech connect, inspire, and lead.
Join us, because when women empower women, we all rise.
