Secur01 is looking for an intern who can provide technical support to users and analyze and process requests from the IT service center. The intern should also be able to diagnose and provide an appropriate solution to problems and incidents. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide user support, particularly for the Microsoft Office Suite, the messaging service, internal applications and the network environment;
  • Analyze the client's problem, propose solutions and follow up on requests and incidents assigned to him until resolution;
  • Maintain documentation within the ticketing software;
  • Install, test and update computer equipment (computers, servers, peripherals, programs and software);
  • Support the support team for various tasks: inventory, equipment orders, reports;
  • Keep aware of new technologies and participate in company-sponsored training initiatives;
  • Adhere to escalation procedures and processes as defined by management.

 Skills and requirements: 

  • Professional Studies (AEC, DEP)
  • College degree or University in Computer Support, Information Systems or IT.
