San Diego Life Changing has partnered with over 50 local companies to place eligible students in paid summer internships. This initiative is supported by local philanthropy and is designed to help small- and mid-sized businesses connect directly with emerging talent.

There are nearly 90 internship opportunities available across 55 companies in San Diego, offering students the chance to gain hands-on experience in their field of study through a single, streamlined application process.

Selected interns will gain up to 240 hours of experience at a San Diego–based company while earning a competitive hourly wage. The program runs between June and September and is exclusively available to students enrolled in verified partner programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and assigned projects within the host organization
• Assist with research, data analysis, or technical tasks depending on placement
• Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings
• Contribute to deliverables and complete assigned tasks within deadlines

Requirements

• Enrolled in or affiliated with an eligible program
• Interest in gaining hands-on experience in a relevant field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to commit to the duration of the internship
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
