Join us for an informative conversation, moderated by Jibran Jahshan, VP of Software Engineering at Nvidia, where Amer will discuss his journey from Marjayoun village in Lebanon to serial entrepreneurship in Silicon Valley and everything in between.

About Amer Deeba:

Amer Deeba is a Lebanese entrepreneur, engineer, and programmer based in San Francisco. He grew up in South Lebanon and attended Marjeyoun National College amidst the Lebanese Civil War. He received an Electrical Engineering Degree from the American University of Beirut before coming to the US to pursue a Masters in Computer Science at Santa Clara University.

A senior go-to-market executive with extensive experience in driving both product, marketing and sales go-to-market strategies for enterprise and cloud technologies, Amer Deeba has a proven track record of driving company growth in fast-moving technology fields. Amer is the CEO and Cofounder of Normalyze, a cybersecurity startup pioneering cloud data security solutions in the Cloud. After graduating, Amer has gone on to have a very successful career in the tech space, serving as a GM, CMO, CCO, and VP of corporate development and strategic alliances at various companies, including Qualys (NASDAQ: QLYS), which he helped to take public in 2012.
