LebNet Atlanta is officially launching its community with an exciting inaugural event at Georgia Tech, featuring a panel discussion with Dr. Chaouki Abdallah, President of the Lebanese American University (LAU), and Alex Abdelnour, Partner at McKinsey & Company.

Dr. Abdallah will share his incredible journey—from his tenure as Professor, Provost, and President at the University of New Mexico, to his leadership roles at Georgia Tech, where he served as Executive Vice President for Research and Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering for over six years. In October 2024, he assumed the presidency of LAU, bringing his wealth of academic and research experience to Lebanon.

Alex Abdelnour, a Partner at McKinsey & Company, brings deep expertise in helping organizations drive profitable growth, commercial transformations, and distribution strategies. His insights will add valuable perspective on navigating industry shifts and fostering innovation in the tech ecosystem.

The discussion will be moderated by Hasan Dandashly, President of HMD Advisors, ensuring a dynamic and insightful conversation.  The panel discussion will happen from 12-1 PM with networking before and after the discussion.
