About Malek El Khazen:
Malek el Khazen is a Principal Architect at Microsoft, where he leads the design and deployment of generative AI systems, AI-ready data centers, and edge IoT infrastructure. He has deep expertise in optimizing AI training and inference, integrating silicon and interconnect technologies from partners like NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, and Marvell, and advancing cooling and power strategies for hyperscale workloads. At Microsoft, he has worked with enterprises including GM, Exelon, SC Johnson and Disney to accelerate adoption of Azure AI, M365 Copilot, and Dynamics. Malek also focuses on ESG, driving carbon footprint reduction and efficiency gains through immersion cooling and sustainable power sourcing.
About Kam El Ghossaini:
Kam El Ghossaini is a supply chain and logistics leader with over 25 years of global experience helping organizations transform and optimize their operations. As the national lead for logistics at SAP North America, he works with companies to streamline and automate logistics while driving measurable business impact. Passionate about AI and technology, Kam focuses on the value innovation brings to businesses and people. Kam holds a BS in Computer Science and an EMBA in Management from the American University of Beirut, and is based in the Chicago area.
