Early in Career mentorship program for students and young professionals
The LebNet Bay Area community is launching a mentorship initiative to assist early career individuals in their development journey and professional growth. The program is currently on the lookout for mentors and mentees.
Sign up to be a mentee if you are in the Bay Area and are currently a student or have been working in tech for 2 years or less. Types of mentorship you could receive:

Interested mentors or mentees can sign up to join the program by filling this form by September 15th, 2022.
“Mentors are often a key factor people attribute their success to, so we are excited to kickstart this program which we believe will bring great value to the LebNet community,” said Nathalie Saade, a LebNet Bay Area steering committee member and Applied Research Manager, ML at Meta. “Our top priority is to provide high-quality mentorship that is goal-oriented, efficient, and effective. Our program provides structured mentorship with templates to help mentees achieve their goals and mentors focus on progress with minimal effort.
Nathalie went on to add that the “Lebanese community has incredible talent in the Bay Area, making this mentorship program a unique opportunity for mentees to consult with top professionals and a way for mentors to play a big role in uplifting the community.”
This aligns with LebNet’s Mentorship program derived from its mission to nurture and support High-Tech professionals and entrepreneurs of Lebanese descent.
