Ziina is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Customer Success intern to join our  team. You will play an active role in growing Ziina’s user base and assisting users. We are  looking for someone who is outgoing and loves speaking to customers. 

Responsibilities:

• Identifying new growth opportunities and leading execution 
• Managing and leading our Ambassador program 
• Sourcing new opportunities through outreach and outbound cold calls • Evangelizing Ziina and on-boarding new users to the platform 
• Supporting users by responding to questions and complaints  
• Managing and tracking customer tickets through to resolution 
• Sharing ideas with the product team on product, UX and UI improvements 

Other tasks:  

• Exploring startup best practices and using these to strengthen company processes • Architecting a company wiki 
• Planning our company offsite

About Ziina

Our mission is to bring financial freedom to every person in the Middle East. We are building  MENA’s consumer financial platform, starting with a peer-to-peer wallet. Our team has  backgrounds from Stanford, Apple, Uber, Oracle, Coinbase, Careem, and Yandex. We’ve seen  exciting traction since our launch last May.
