Wearable Sensible is a growing San-Diego based company focused on the development of applications of dry electrode EEG sensor technology. Their first products are wearable mobile EEG headsets that are renowned for their excellent signal quality and usability. These easy-to- use and comfortable headsets are opening the door to innovative applications in commercial domains including neuroergonomics, augmented cognition, Brain-Computer Interface (BCI), neuromarketing, peak-performance training, and more. The intern will be involved in all aspects of product marketing for Wearable Sensing’s commercial products and other products that we distribute, including research grade high-density EEG systems, eye-trackers, wearable physiological sensors and software. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual to test and demonstrate their marketing skills.

As a team member, the new intern is expected to assist in planning and execution of a comprehensive marketing and advertising strategy, which includes:

• Market Analysis: evaluation of industry players, competition, and marketing strategies
• Developing marketing literature and media, including tutorial and promotional videos
• Updating and maintaining website for SEO
• Continuous monitoring of markets and establishing and maintaining social media presence
• Selection of advertising venues, and drafting newsletters and press releases
  
  Skills and requirements: The successful candidate will have strengths in following areas:
• Clear understanding of market influences and sales strategies
• Demonstrated fluency in English writing, grasp of pertinent factors in media design, and technical proficiency with relevant software
• Responsible, self-driven individual who is meticulous and dedicated to professional excellence, and motivated to seek new creative solutions to cutting-edge projects
• Flexible team-player with good communication skills who is capable of independent work with a sense of urgency to resolve issues and complete project goals on time
