Applications are open October 14th - January 1, 2025.

Matches will be announced Mid-January and the program will commence with an orientation session in January.

The program runs for 6 months from January till June 2025.

LebNet’s WIT committee created this program to empower professional development for women in tech and help them grow in their career.

This program will:

• Catalyze career advancement through mentorship, networking, and job referrals
• Empower the next generation of women in tech who are of Lebanese descent
• Bring together a carefully curated cohort of like-minded, ambitious future leaders in technology who will form a go-to, tight-knit community
• Enable high quality networking with Lebanese leaders in technology in North America
• Allow you to explore different career options

Mentees: The program is open to women professionals in their early or mid-career in tech (<10 years of work experience)

Being a mentor is one of the greatest ways to support your community and give back. Here are our expectations of mentors:

Patience - Understand that you are a team with your mentor and they are a guide to you. Together you will continue to find the best answers.

Ownership - Set solid SMART goals (please refer to the table below) and work diligently with your mentor towards them, to be most successful.
