LebNet WiT SMART Mentorship Program |
The LebNet Women in Tech community presents a new 1:1 mentorship program to support women professionals early in their tech careers! |
WHAT: A 1:1 SMART Mentorship Program will run for 6 months, and is aimed to achieve 1-3 SMART goals that Mentees set at the beginning of the program. |
WHO: Early and Mid-career women tech professionals residing in North America (or who may have recently moved there) looking for career growth, networking opportunities and marketplace support. |
WHEN: Mentors and Mentees meet at least once/month for 6 months to work on mentees goals. |
The program’s first cohort will aim to match 25 Mentor/Mentee Pairs.
Mentors and mentees will be matched carefully by the LEBNET Women in Tech (WIT) team. Matching is based on experience, expertise and preference for location by participants. Matching is not guaranteed.
TIMELINE FOR THE COHORT |
Applications are open October 14th - January 1, 2025. Matches will be announced Mid-January and the program will commence with an orientation session in January. The program runs for 6 months from January till June 2025. |

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS |
Mentors: Open to all
Mentees: The program is open to women professionals in their early or mid-career in tech (<10 years of work experience)

Receptivity - Step out of your comfort zone and accept feedback. |
Ownership - Set solid SMART goals (please refer to the table below) and work diligently with your mentor towards them, to be most successful. |
